Best for: congestion, dullness, and "pregnancy skin" that can't tolerate traditional facial prep. Safe throughout pregnancy and beyond.

What mothers ask

Is hydrodermabrasion safe during pregnancy?

Yes — it's mechanical and water-based, which is exactly why it anchors these treatments. What makes many facials off-limits in pregnancy is the ingredients used to prep the skin, not the exfoliation itself. The HydroDiamond™ does that prep work with water and hyaluronic solution instead, and we skip electrical modalities entirely.

What exactly do you leave out?

Retinoids and all vitamin A derivatives, salicylic acid and strong peels, essential oils, and high frequency. Every product used in these treatments comes from a screened pregnancy-safe list — and you're welcome to see the full ingredient list of anything we use.

Should I check with my OB first?

You're always welcome to — and we're happy to share every product and step of your treatment plan with your provider. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or specific concerns, that conversation is a great idea.

How is the treatment bed set up for a bump?

Comfortably. After twenty weeks you won't lie flat — we use wedges and bolsters for an elevated or side-supported position, and build in whatever adjustments your body asks for that day.

Can I come while breastfeeding?

Yes — both facials are nursing-safe. The Renewal Facial was designed with the postpartum season in mind, and the Mama Glow HydroDiamond™ remains a safe choice throughout.

Which one should I book?

If your skin is congested, dull, or breaking out and you want visible clearing, book the Mama Glow HydroDiamond™. If you're exhausted, dehydrated, or simply want to be taken care of for an hour, book the Renewal Facial. Still torn? Book either — we'll adjust once I've seen your skin.
